Our Fit, Lean & Happy Programme is a 12-week opportunity offering the real support and accountability you need to be successful. We’ve been developing this programme for some time and will only be releasing it to 12 lucky women this January. We are looking for 12 women who are looking to transform their bodies and love how they feel in 2016.

Training alongside 11 other women with similar aims – who can support you and share your journey – provides the perfect environment for you to succeed. But numbers are limited, so we’re looking for women serious about achieving their goals.
This 12-week programme will be very hands-on, with unique training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to change habits. It’s designed to transform your body fast so you must fit the following criteria to apply:
- Positive attitude
- Looking to get into the best shape of your life and lose a minimum of 10lbs of fat
- Want to add lean, toned and firm muscle quickly
- Live in Southampton
- Can dedicate 45 minutes to exercise, at least 3 times per week (CLICK TO VIEW TIMETABLE)
- Willing to listen, apply our coaching to change your body and your outlook on fitness, food and lifestyle
- Don’t mind getting your hands dirty and working hard!
- Willing to invest at least £28 per week in yourself (25% off the regular rate for the introductory launch in January 2016)
We will only run this life-changing programme three times a year: January, May, September.
