Our greatest mission at Train You Trim is to inspire, empower and support as many Southampton women as possible in prioritising their health, fitness and wellbeing. We are committed to providing support, coaching and mentoring to the clients we serve to enable them to reach their goals.

Aniek Scorey, BSc (Hons)



If you have stumbled upon Train You Trim because you are unhappy with your health, fitness levels and/or how you look and are searching for a solution, then chances are you and I have something in common.

Having been, like most girls, aware and exposed to societal norms and standards of beauty and health as a youngster, I grew into adolescence and early adulthood considering exercise and nutrition as a means to an end.

I showed my body no love, moved it only to look a certain way and followed faddy diets.


Slowly but surely it dawned on me:
there is more to life than this.


I have worked very hard to study and explore exercise and nutrition approaches to discover and learn how to find beauty in the balance of health, fitness and weight management and I want to help you to find it too.

I strive to live a healthy, active and fulfilled life which can include the odd piece of cake and glass of chilled prosecco!

Motivating others to prioritise their health and find beauty in the balance is my greatest passion. That is why I started Train You Trim! It just so happens that when you manage all aspects properly, weight loss is often a happy by-product.

And that is what Train You Trim is all about: trimming away the nonsense, quick-fix approaches, working hard, having fun and achieving your goals with a positive and supportive team.

We cover everything that you need in order to achieve and maintain your goals, empowering you with the necessary tools required to succeed. We provide full support in exercise, nutrition, mindset, rehabilitation, motivation, rest and recovery.

PLUS we hold you accountable to your programme!

One To one Training

As a 1:1 TYT client, you will meet with your expert trainer 1-3 times per week and your programme will include:

  • A one-hour initial consultation to identify your needs, set goals, book sessions and perform a movement screen and take baseline measurements.
  • 1:1 Personal Training tailored exactly to your goals, offering a varied, progressive and fun programme!
  • Nutritional support and guidance, recipe ideas and weekly review.
  • Monthly reviews of measurements, assessments, progress tracking and goal setting to keep you focussed and moving forwards.
  • Continued support from our committed team; whenever you need us we are here to help.
  • Amazing rewards for referring your friends to train with us.

Trim Training Academy

The Trim Training Academy is so much more than just another Bootcamp or exercise class. We work on not only the exercise component, but also the nutrition and lifestyle components required for your long-term success!

You will become part of a community of like-minded, hard-working women on similar journeys. This will really help to hold you accountable, provide you with the motivation and the support that you need to be successful.

As part of the Academy you will receive all the benefits of personalised programming, exclusive access to the support of your coach, nutrition coaching and monthly reviews – with the added bonus of a super-strong Train You Trim support network!

Getting back into exercise after having a baby can be a daunting prospect. Your life has changed in every imaginable way and finding a new routine that involves exercise can be challenging. That is why we designed Trim Mums!

Trim Mums is a specific 12-week post-natal course designed to reintroduce you and your body to safe, effective, progressive and enjoyable exercise that you can bring your bundle of joy along to.

Trim Mums Programmes focus primarily on posture, core strengthening and weight loss. As a member of the Trim Mums course, you will receive prescriptive, progressive programming,
exclusive access to the support of your coach, nutrition coaching, monthly reviews and the added bonus of a hugely supportive group of new mums to get to know and work alongside.

Your Trim Mums Programme will include:


  • A 30-minute initial consultation to identify your needs, set goals, book you on a course and take baseline measurements.
  • A 12-week course of semi-private training sessions in groups of six or less which are tailored to your goals, offering a varied, progressive, safe and enjoyable programme.
  • Nutritional support and guidance, recipe ideas and monthly review.
  • Monthly reviews of measurements, assessments, progress tracking and goal setting to keep you focussed and moving forwards.
  • Continued support from our committed team; whenever you need us we are here to help!
